Ah Chee has been really helpful. Managed to solve my Aircon problem.

Arranged for a regular servicing + blower washing session for my 2 Daikin aircon units on 30 March 2025. The 2 malaysian chinese technicians were very professional at their job. One of my aircon units was having a little vibration when blowing at high speed and the technicians assured me that the vibration, at this point in time, would not cause permanent damage to my aircon unit. Turns out that the cause of the vibration was due to the hardened mold on my blower which added unbalanced weight to the blower when it spins. The technicians did a thorough job of scraping all the hardened mold clean until no more dirt could be flushed out. This actually reduced the vibration by about 95% and the technicians assured me that there is definitely no need to change any parts at this point in time. This is a very honest aircon company and I would recommend this company to anyone, anytime.

We just moved into a new place, and the aircon was super dirty. Jimmy came over and worked so hard to clean it up for us. He was really thorough and professional. Aircon technician ah Yao is very professional and suggest us to use chemical wash as the current aircon is very dirty have a lot Mold dark spot on it, now the air is much fresh, highly recommend !

Our aircon unit has been giving trouble for quite sometime now & we have had problems diagnosing it. My wife came across So Cool's positive reviews & we thought we would give them a try. it was the best thing that we could have done for ourselves & our aircon. Absolutely professional in their service, the two technicians, Michael and Aun, came in, did a thorough check and advised us on the problem and the solution. What was commendable was that they offered a credible solution and advised us that there was no need to change the units even though we had originally thought that would have been a better idea, as the units had a possible lifespan of at least another decade....the fault lay with the old hidden wiring. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do the job of a rewiring right away (including drilling & cutting through the false ceiling)rather than arrange for another appointment on another day. Not only did they proceed with the rewiring, they also did a normal servicing of the air conditioning units. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty of what is required. Thank you, Michael & Aun, of SoCool, for being so professional & making our day!

Seng and Yong came to service and chemical wash the compressors and chemical overhaul our 3 aircon in the bedrooms. Both have done the cleaning professionally well and have checked the insulation pipes that needed to be changed. We were glad to have hired them.

Technician arrived on time. The moment he stepped into our home, he wasted no time and went to check the condition of our aircons. He was able to advise us what servicing we should take up. Definitely not the hard-sell type. Throughout the 1.5 hours, the technician did his work quietly and concentrated on his job. Not the talkative type which we appreciate it very much. But of course, when we asked him aircon-related questions, he was able to offer us solutions as well as his honest opinions. We strongly recommend SoCool when it comes to aircon servicing. Very impressed by the speed and service of SoCool. I requested for aircon troubleshooting on the website late at night, and got a response within an hour even though it was midnight. They sent their team the very next day to come check my aircon. Secondly, I would like to thank Seng and Yiong. Our aircon has been having issues for the past 6 months and we engaged 2 other companies before to try and fix it, but nobody could identify the issue.
